About Us
City Capital invests in the shares of private companies that have the sole purpose of owning commercial properties.The investors buy shares in the Company, which is a public company, and the Company in turn owns properties, or property companies. City Capital is a separate company and it is owned by the investors. The Company has one billion approved shares. When a new investor buys shares, new shares are issued to that investor and that investor immediately becomes a joint shareholder in all of the assets of the company. The money from the sale of the shares is used to expand the property portfolio for the benefit of all of the shareholders.
