Marc holds impressive qualifications, including a B.Com and B.Acc from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), along with being a Chartered Accountant (CA) SA. His extensive career spans several decades, with his early professional experience beginning in 1991 at Sable Holdings Ltd, where he served as Financial Manager until 1994. From 1995 to 1998, he continued his career at Altech Electronic Products (Pty) Ltd in the same role, followed by a position as Financial Manager at Salcast, a division of Dorbyl Ltd, from 1998 to 2000. His financial expertise further developed at Apollo Brick (Pty) Ltd, where he worked as Financial Director from 2000 to 2008, helping to guide the company’s financial strategy and growth.

Since 1986, Marc has also been a Partner at MDC Financial Services, adding invaluable experience in financial consulting and advisory services. In 2009, he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at City Capital, where he continues to oversee the company’s financial operations and strategic management. Marc’s career is a testament to his financial acumen and leadership, making him an essential part of City Capital’s success.
